Why patients switch

What changes when your teeth stay in

Eat what you want

Steak, apples, corn on the cob. Fixed teeth bite with far more force than a removable denture.

No adhesives, no slipping

Nothing to glue, nothing to soak, nothing that shifts while you are talking.

Protects your jaw

Implants stimulate the jawbone the way natural roots do, which helps limit the bone loss dentures allow.

The difference

Removable denture vs. fixed implant teeth

Same goal — a full smile. Very different daily experience.

Comparison of a removable denture and a fixed implant bridge

Removable denture

  • Comes out every night for cleaning and soaking
  • Relies on adhesive and suction to stay put
  • Can slip while eating or speaking
  • Covers the palate, which dulls taste
  • Needs periodic relining as the jaw changes shape

Fixed implant teeth

  • Stays in permanently — brushed like natural teeth
  • Anchored to implants set into the jawbone
  • Does not shift, click, or slip
  • Palate left open, so food tastes like food
  • Helps preserve jawbone and facial structure

The daily reality

The glass by the sink. The tube of adhesive.

Most people who call us are not upset about their teeth — they are tired of the routine. Taking them out. Soaking them. Reapplying glue mid-day. Choosing the soft item on the menu because the alternative is risky.

Converting to fixed teeth ends that routine. Your teeth are attached to implants, so they stay where they are, and you care for them the way you would natural teeth.

How it works

Three visits, one transformation

01

Free consultation & 3D scan

We map your jaw with a 3D scan, review your bone, and show you exactly what is possible — with a clear written quote. No pressure, no obligation.

02

Your procedure

Dr. Etemad places the implants while you are comfortably sedated. Your treatment plan sets out exactly what is fitted and when.

03

Your final teeth

Once healing is complete, we fit your permanent custom teeth — shaped and shaded to look like they were always yours.

Free with your consult

A 3D scan and a straight answer

Your free consultation includes a 3D cone-beam scan — a $350 value — so we can see your bone volume and plan precisely rather than guess. You leave knowing whether you are a candidate, what it would involve, and what it would cost.

If fixed teeth are not right for you, we will tell you that too.

About Dr. Etemad
Common questions

What patients ask us

Does $7,777 cover my whole mouth? +

No — $7,777 covers one arch, meaning either your upper or your lower teeth. If you need both arches restored, we will give you an exact quote at your consultation. We say this plainly up front because we would rather you know now than be surprised later.

What is the difference between this and the $17,777 option? +

Both restore one arch and both stay in permanently. At $7,777 this option secures a fixed denture onto implants — a single full-arch prosthesis, permanently attached. The $17,777 option is a full implant restoration, our premium approach to rebuilding an arch. Dr. Etemad will explain which suits your bone, your bite, and your goals at your consultation.

How long does the whole process take? +

Treatment happens in stages. Once the implants are placed, they need time to integrate with the jawbone before your permanent teeth are fitted — typically a few months. Dr. Etemad will map out your exact timeline at your consultation.

What if I have bone loss from years of dentures? +

This is common and it is one of the main reasons we start with a 3D scan. Many patients with significant bone loss can still be treated, sometimes with grafting or with implants angled to use the bone that remains. The scan tells us definitively, and it is free.

Is it painful? +

The procedure is done under sedation, so you are comfortable throughout. Most patients describe the recovery as more manageable than they expected, and we manage it with a clear post-operative plan and direct access to us if anything concerns you.

What does the financing look like? +

0% financing is available for patients who qualify, and we also work with CareCredit and Cherry as well as in-house interest-free arrangements. We will walk through the actual monthly numbers with you at the consultation so you can decide with real figures rather than estimates.

Is this covered by insurance? +

Coverage varies a great deal between plans. Some contribute toward the restoration portion, many do not cover implants at all. We will check your specific benefits before you commit to anything.

Considering a full implant restoration?

Individual results vary. Not every patient is a candidate for immediate-load fixed implant restoration; candidacy is determined after clinical examination and 3D imaging. Pricing shown is for a standard single-arch fixed implant restoration and does not include preparatory procedures such as extractions, bone grafting, or sinus augmentation, which are quoted separately. Financing is subject to credit approval. Photographs and illustrations on this page are for illustrative purposes and do not depict actual patients or treatment outcomes of this practice.
